Pro-Cal Solutions has extensive experience with rotating machinery such as industrial gas & steam turbines, generators and compressor sets.
We can offer E/I and mechanical support for routine servicing, equipment overhauls & replacement plus diagnosis and fault-finding.
With specific calibration equipment tailored to suit the requirements of turbines, we can execute E/I maintenance campaigns to coincide with short-duration machine outages.
PROJECTS
Pro-Cal Solutions is proud to support Rotation Group (formerly known as Rotation Solutions), BOC Gases and TransAlta with their rotating equipment E/I requirements.
We have executed numerous projects whilst assisting Rotation Group over the years, including Solar Turbine engine exchanges at Varanus Island and Moomba Gas Field for Santos, repair work on GE Frame 6B turbines for APA, installation of vibration monitoring equipment at Fortescue Solomon power station, technical consulting on Work Instruction reviews for Woodside and design, construction and commissioning of small-scale fluid transfer systems for APA.
On numerous TransAlta sites, we have provided E/I support for routine shutdowns on GE LM6000 and TM2500 gas turbines where we mobilise our highly experienced technicians to site with a full complement of turbine-specific and NATA certified calibration equipment. These technicians have an excellent track record of carrying out turbine instrument calibrations and CFT’s (Critical Function Testing) in an efficient and professional manner.
At BOC Gases we look after their centrifugal compressors and turbo-expansion machinery, which is integral in the creation of their industrial gases. Pro-Cal Solutions installs, calibrates and maintains such items as speed transducers and over-speed trip relays, Bently Nevada vibration probes, transmitters and monitoring equipment plus remote vibration monitoring platforms.
