Instrumentation
Pro-Cal Solutions is proud to provide installation, commissioning, calibration and maintenance of all types of process instrumentation including transmitters, control valves, shutdown valves, solenoids, regulators and single-loop controllers both electronic and pneumatic. We have vast experience with all transmitter types such as pressure, temperature, level, flow, density, etc in all the various measuring techniques and available manufacturers. Our calibrations include detailed calibration certificates referencing our NATA certified testing equipment.
Analyser & Detector Services
Installation, validation/calibration and repair of all types of process control, safety and quality analysers such as trace and volumetric gas measurement, water purity, fiscal metering, gas chromatographs and moisture/dewpoint analysers. Our technicians have experience with Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrocarbon, Carbon Dioxide and Moisture measurement in the Industrial Gases industry. Fiscal Metering systems, Fire & Gas Detection and Oil-In-Water analysis in the Oil & Gas industry. Multiple applications in the Power Generation industry including; Water & Steam chemistry, Reverse Osmosis Quality & Control and Turbine Exhaust Gas Monitoring. We have recently expanded our capabilities to include the periodic servicing and calibration of PGM’s (Portable Gas Monitors) from manufacturers such as Draeger, Honeywell and Riken.
E&I and Mechanical Commissioning, Shutdown & Maintenance Personnel
Our experienced team of E/I and Mechanical Technicians come predominantly from the Oil & Gas and Mineral Refining Industries, where safety is paramount and exposure to industrial turbines and instrumentation is critical.
We can provide short term labour solutions for shutdowns, campaigns and shift coverage, or longer secondments such as commissioning projects and shift coverage. We can also provide experienced supervisors to lead our high-calibre team of technicians.
Design, Consulting & Procurement
Utilising our exposure to a vast array of process instrumentation systems over the last 24 years, we can tailor a cost-effective solution to any instrumentation problem or requirement. We will select the most suitable instruments and accessories for any given application and supply them at competitive prices.
​​We can also design, fabricate and supply electrical control systems to interface with our instrumentation products for the complete package of process control and measurement systems.
Rotating Equipment
Pro-Cal Solutions has extensive experience with rotating machinery such as industrial gas & steam turbines, generators and compressor sets.
We can offer E/I and mechanical support for routine servicing, equipment overhauls & replacement plus diagnosis and fault-finding.
With specific calibration equipment tailored to suit the requirements of turbines, we can execute E/I maintenance campaigns to coincide with short-duration machine outages.
Calibration Equipment Hire
Pro-Cal Solutions is excited to be able to offer modern, highly accurate, documenting calibration equipment, electrical testing equipment, and software to complement our team of experienced Instrumentation Specialists.

Whether it be an instrument calibration campaign during a plant shutdown, or a turbine service/engine replacement, we can supply all the equipment needed to efficiently and effectively calibrate and document your site instrumentation and produce high-quality digital calibration certificates.
